Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

PRICES

The prices on this website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 8,1% VAT.

PROCESSING ORDERS

Ship to Switzerland.

All the orders that are placed on this website are processed in 1-3 days and shipped from Neuenhof, Aargau, Switzerland with Swiss Mail, Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated Shipping time:

Domestic (Switzerland): 2-3 business days.

We offer the transport of your order to your address, within a radius of 5 Km from the address of the UMA CASA. 

The Pickup point service is also available, in the UMA CASA address:  Zürcherstrasse 62, 5432 Neuenhof, Switzerland.

Ship outside Switzerland.

UMA CASA ensures the delivery of your order to the destination country, but cannot be held responsible for any customs fees and entry restrictions on products in certain destinations It is the customer's responsibility to verify with local import authorities what additional procedures are necessary.

PAYMENT METHODS

The payment is possible by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard) or KLARNA.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to change or return your completed order or a part of it within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive the return item(s) the charges will be credit to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please contact us regarding any exchange or returns before sending the items back.
